As a Delta Connection carrier, Comair provides service in accordance with Delta’s customer service guidelines in a variety of areas, including ticketing changes, animal transport, baggage policies, unaccompanied minors and customers with special needs. Please visit delta.com or call 800-767-2550 for details about these policies.
Noted below are a few areas where our policies differ from Delta’s, primarily because of the type of aircraft we operate.
Baggage Policies
- Comair offers plane-side valet baggage service for carry-on luggage on all Comair flights. One bag per passenger can be “pink-tagged” with a Delta Connection carry-on baggage tag and placed in the cargo compartment. This unique service allows passengers to check their bag when boarding their flight and retrieve it outside the aircraft, forward of the wing upon de-planing the aircraft. In loading bridge locations, the bag retrieval point will be designated by a valet bag sign located in or near the loading bridge.
- All laptop/computers must be carried aboard and cannot be checked, even as plane-side valet baggage.
- Carry-on items on Comair flights are limited to the following size: 20 inches wide x 15 inches deep x 9 inches tall. Larger items will need to be "pink-taggged." For additional information regarding size limitations of carry-on items for Delta, please visit delta.com and click on baggage under the Traveling & Check-in tab.

Comair offers snack and beverage service on flights lasting 30 minutes or longer. For purchase of alcholic beverages during Comair flights, passengers are asked to use the smallest bill possible, as flight attendants may not always have exact change.
