Space Available, Standby Travel

Beginning on the 31st day of active employment, employees of Comair and qualifying family members/companions are eligible for non-revenue, space-available travel privileges on Comair, Delta and Delta Connection Carriers.  

Family and Friends Travel

Also after one year of employment, employees are allotted eight Family & Friends passes for space-available, standby travel. These passes are given by the employee to family members and friends who travel with the payment of a yield fare calculated by Delta to cover taxes on the travel.

Confirmed/Positive Space Tickets

Employees and certain eligible family members also have the option to purchase confirmed seating for pleasure travel on Delta and the connection carriers with 20 percent off applicable published fare, which the passenger qualifies for at the time of purchase.

Airline employees and qualifying family members receive many other discounts in the world of leisure travel, including discounts on all-inclusive resorts, cruises, rental cars and hotel rooms throughout the world.
